N to SMA

N-Type to SMA cables are commonly used to connect base station antennas directly to modems and patch cables that terminate with an SMA female/socket connector.

The SMA connector is a high performance alternative to FME and is often preferred in communications where carrier frequency exceeds 2-3GHz.

N to RP-SMA cables are used to connect WiFi base station antennas to 2.4/5.8GHz WiFi radios, which use a reverse-gender interface to differentiate themselves from other antenna connectors.
